NIS has the advantage of being part of a large company while we at the same time can act quickly and efficiently as a small company on daily basis. The work environment is informal, and we work based on the principles of LEAN. Therefore, we have daily board meetings as a tool for problem solving, as we believe that the best solutions are found close to the problem.
